Shipping Policy

PROCESSING & FULFILLMENT
• Processing Time: Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding holidays).
• Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will begin processing the following business day.

SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATED DELIVERY
We ship to addresses within the contiguous United States. Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout.

• Standard Ground Shipping: Estimated 3 to 7 business days following order fulfillment.
• Shipping Carriers: Orders ship via standard carriers, including UPS, FedEx, or USPS depending on warehouse origin and package destination.

MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS
Because we partner with specialized RC distributors across the United States, items in a single order may ship from different warehouse locations. If your order requires multiple shipments, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each package at no extra cost.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated email notification containing your tracking number(s). Please allow 24 hours for carrier tracking updates to reflect in their portal.

ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please double-check your shipping address prior to completing checkout. DirtWorks RC is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer or carrier delivery delays outside our control.
